To give a gift online, you must complete the electronic form and use a credit card. This is a secure transaction. Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard to ensure secure commerce transactions.

Give by Phone

To make a gift by phone, you must use a credit card. Call 888.891.4288 Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern time.

Give by Mail

If you would like to send a gift via mail, a printable version is available in PDF format: contribution form (.pdf file). Attach a check or money order made payable to CBLPI or provide your credit card information and mail the contribution form to:
